Accounts Payable Specialist - SeattleThe Accounts Payable Specialist is mainly responsible for matching receiving paperwork to internal requisitions and invoices received in our WA (Seattle, Mount Vernon, Spokane, & Tri-Cities), OR (Portland), MT (Missoula, Billings, & Belgrade), ID (Boise), and CO (Denver) offices, as well as remitting payment to our suppliers. This role will also assist in quarterly inventory. This person will have daily interaction with project managers, customers, and other office personnel.
Essential Functions
• Ensure accurate and timely workflow of all supplier payable functions such as (but not limited to) maintaining vendor relations, entering all AP invoices/expense reports, matching purchase orders to receiving paperwork, and managing weekly check runs
• Communicate and work effectively with Accounting and Purchasing to ensure the accurate matching of invoices and receivers as well as returns and rejections
• Audit all expense reports and corporate credit card statements for proper receipts and other documentation
• Monitor recurring payables regularly to ensure all monthly invoices are entered before month end
• Assist in entry of physical inventory and review of open PO reports
• Answer incoming customer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel
• Attend meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Apply NowProject Manager - TravelingThe Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of out-of-town project(s). This role will ensure cost, schedule, quality, documentation, and safety standards are met while serving as the primary liaison between the home office, field team, and customer.
Essential Functions
- Set and manage project financial budgets and cost forecasts
- Provide necessary project information to HBI team members, including scope, materials, financial tracking, and safety details
- Monitor performance metrics to identify and address budget or schedule issues
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve job site challenges and cost overruns
- Obtain customer approval for submittals, RFIs, safety documents, and other deliverables
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain alignment on requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Communicate project changes and their impact on budget and schedule to all stakeholders
- Assess project outcomes to identify areas of success and improvement
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with HBI performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Prepare estimates and proposals for new projects and scope changes
- Oversee onsite subcontractor activities, including:
- Labor tracking and coordination with onsite foreman
- Project scheduling with foreman, superintendent, and operations manager
- Material ordering and delivery coordination
- Coordination with mechanical contractors for project requirements
- Safety documentation and coordination with the HBI Safety team
- Facilitation of new hire and termination paperwork with superintendent and HR
- Direct daily field operations, schedule adherence, and subcontractor performance
- Manage project logistics, including travel and housing arrangements
- Maintain consistent communication with the home office regarding progress, budgets, and manpower needs
- Attend project meetings with customers, general contractors, and trade partners
- Track and coordinate material procurement and deliveries to align with project schedules
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and company quality standards
- Conduct regular site walks and quality audits to verify workmanship and progress
- Review and approve subcontractor change orders and invoices
- Plan site mobilization and demobilization, including equipment, materials, and staffing
- Manage per diem allocations and travel reimbursements in coordination with HR and superintendent
